It has been long 3 weeks of ministry in Madagascar and Mauritius. We have seen a lot, endured sickness, theft and were blessed by amazing hosts in both countries as we came to do ministry and shared the Good News at every outreach and every humanitarian effort.
There was definitely opposition against our team spiritually, many of us could sense it by what was going on. Yet, I am reminded God has the victory and He gets the glory each time we overcome the trials with our faith in Jesus Christ.
So this is to celebrate what God has done, and to say thank you for having sent us into the mission field. We saw a great harvest truly.
We drove 4 hrs to Antisirabe where we had two nights of great outreaches and where we started our first outreach
Two nights in a row we partnered with other ministers of the Gospel and saw thousands come out to worship and to praise the Lord as well others accepting the Lord.
During our last show in Madagascar this lady who has terminal uterus cancer desired to come to our show to worship Jesus. Iris prayed for her and Justin got to speak encouraging words to her and thanked her for being there on this day.
Everyone in Christafari also did a workshop on our particular job in the band. I got to teach a dance workshop 3 times with Iris, and some of the students were able to perform with us during the show. It means so much to lead others into the ways of the Lord and to speak about using your talents for the Lord instead of the world.
Our last day before we flew to Mauritius some of us went to a small school in an impoverished neighborhood and we were able to share with the kids and bless the kids with clothes we brought with us from the USA.
Mauritius was a true blast! We sold out all three days of the outreaches. We danced, we sang, we worshipped together! The audience often at times was louder than us. A great reminder how we come together to worship for an audience of the One! Plus the Gospel was shared every night. Praise the Lord for the harvest we saw!
It was a true blessing to also play the new songs of our new album: The Day of the Lord that recently came out.
